Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred; knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting; ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; willingness to learn new recipes and techniques; prior cash handling experience
