Position: Part Time Barista
About: Starbucks is looking for a part-time Product Stocker/Customer Service Associate to join their team. This position involves preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Starbucks Standards, as well as providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to company standards and contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic mathematical skills; ability to follow instructions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment; completion of specific company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform various tasks; IST or AST certification required
