Position: Part Time Baker
About: This part-time position involves baking products according to standards, processing/packaging/stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage. Associates must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in training, and work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience. Candidates should have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, perform basic mathematical operations, and apply reasoning in standardized situations. Completion of the company’s training programs is mandatory. Physical demands include standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities and work environments vary, with exposure to different temperatures, mechanical parts, and chemicals.
