Position: Part Time Baker
About: This is a part-time position at a Fresh Foods establishment responsible for baking products according to standards, processing/packaging/stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage. The role requires individuals to be at least 18 years old.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English; write simple correspondence in English; and present information effectively to customers. Must be able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and successfully complete required training. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and deal with problems in standardized situations. Complete Company’s training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
