Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Previous customer service experience preferred; Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English; Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets; Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to IT upgrades and changes; Ability to work in inclement weather and stand for most of the shift
