Position: Parking Lot Attendant (Seasonal)
About: The Louisville Bats Baseball Team is the Class Triple-A baseball team affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds, owned and operated by Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH), competing in the International League. The Parking Attendant position is under the direction of the Manager, Stadium Operations, responsible for issuing parking tickets, collecting payment, providing exceptional customer service, and directing guests where to park. This is a part-time, seasonal position (Game Day only) that requires availability on days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; previous customer experience preferred; excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to company’s customer service standards; excellent communication skills; ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablet; ability to handle cash transactions and give appropriate change; capable of following job guidelines and supervisors’ instructions
