Position: Parking garage attendant/maintenance – Pinnacle Garage, Nashville
About: Towne Park, a company committed to providing exceptional hospitality services, is seeking a Porter to join their team. The Porter will be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the common garage area while assisting guests with various services during their stay. This role requires attentive and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen; one to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; knowledge of basic general cleaning; must be able to read and write Standard English language; ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues; understanding of 24-hour and military time systems; ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; limited travel may be required
