Position: Parking Enforcement Shift Coordinator
About: The City of Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Shift Coordinator of Parking Enforcement Specialists to work in the Parking Services Division of the Transportation and Mobility Department. This role involves skilled inspection, enforcement, and team lead responsibilities in enforcing parking regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency; three (3) or more years of work experience in parking systems and enforcement or related field(s); State of Florida Parking Enforcement Certification (This MUST be attached to your application to be considered for the position); possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida driver’s license within 30 days of hire; must be able to work assigned shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays; if claiming Veteran’s Preference, candidates must attach a DD214 Member 4 form and the City of Fort Lauderdale’s veteran’s preference claim form (J-204) to the online application.
