Position: Parker Busser/Runner
About: Responsible for ensuring that supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for service. Assists servers with guest satisfaction in all ways necessary. Other duties as required. Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard. Adhere to LPM grooming/service standards and policies. Ensures all dirty China, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly. Replenish all service items; silverware, glassware, China, linen, general supplies, food as needed. Ensure proper storage of all service items (see above). Ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service. Stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period. Set up breadbasket for the next service period. Assist servers in serving guests. Assist servers in pre-bussing tables. Serve and replenish water upon guest request. Assist other bus persons when needed.
Requirements: 6 months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper that will provide the skills required for this position; Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
