Position: Park Steward
About: This position is with Lower Merion Township in Ardmore, PA. The employee in this role will be responsible for monitoring park usage, enforcing regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe recreational experience at Township Parks. The position works under the general direction of the Recreation Program Coordinator, Recreation Supervisor, and ultimately the Director of Parks and Recreation.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent; equivalent combination of experience and training; valid driver’s license; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; good organizational skills; ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically; flexibility with work schedule; knowledge of the Township and its residents
