Position: Park Manager
About: The Red River Waterway Commission, located in Natchitoches, Louisiana, is currently accepting applications for a Park Manager for the 1North Adventure Trails located in Blanchard, LA. The salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with the possibility of future increases. Health, dental, and retirement benefits are offered.
Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent plus at least 5 years’ experience or training in the building construction trades, general building maintenance, or in the repair or maintenance of mechanical equipment; college degree is a plus; prior experience and/or certification in park or recreation management is a plus; a commercial certification for herbicide application is a plus; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus; Louisiana driver’s license with a good driving record; must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
