Position: Park Crew
About: Resort terrain park seeking a responsible individual for the construction, maintenance, and promotion of safety within the terrain parks, ensuring positive guest relations and adherence to park guidelines and safety measures on a daily basis.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Must pass a ski/ride test to ensure expert level; Able to work up to 40 hours per week including holidays, weekends, and evenings, as necessary; Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the knowledge and ability to perform the work; Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions; Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule; Must be able to test small rails and boxes, tables, etc.; Ability to lift heavy objects 50lbs+ (raking, shoveling, and lifting large metal objects), walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor; Ability to communicate orally and in writing; Strong communication skills and good judgment skills in dealing with guests; Ability to react quickly under pressure; Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely; Ability to understand, follow, transmit written and oral instructions; Ability to complete paperwork and keep records in an organized fashion; Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
