Position: Park Area Ambassador (Guest Services)
About: Guest Services is seeking a Host or Hostess to provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction, creating positive and lasting memories for guests. Responsibilities include greeting and interacting with guests, performing laundry tasks, facilitating traffic flow, delivering park orientation spiels, and maintaining cleanliness. Must be comfortable working around water and animals in varied shifts.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; must be able to work varied shifts (opening shifts start as early as 6:00 am and closing shifts end as late as 11:00 pm); must be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests; must be comfortable speaking to large groups; must be able to operate washer, dryer, and towel machine with training; must be comfortable with completing all cleaning duties, including the use of cleaning chemicals; must be comfortable handling wetsuits (neoprene) and latex products; must be able to train on and properly use protective gear; must be comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor; must be able to stand for the entire shift; must be able to walk in sand; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds; must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds with assistance; must be able to bend, reach, twist, and turn with complete flexibility; must be comfortable working around water and animals; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
