Position: Pantry by Madhappy Part-Time Barista
About: Pantry by Madhappy, a food and beverage concept developed by the Los Angeles-based clothing brand Madhappy, debuted in their West Hollywood Flagship location. The brand uses apparel, events, and experimental retail spaces to explore personal expression for an improved state of mind.
Requirements: 1+ years of coffee and/or coffee-related experience; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation; previous experience working in a small team environment; ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends if needed; proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently, and effectively with customers and team members; familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission
