Position: Restaurant Manager
About:
Panera Bread is seeking experienced, customer-driven Restaurant Managers to lead daily operations at our Long Island locations. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving profitability and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all aspects of our daily restaurant business, such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to provide excellent guest service.
– Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
– Create a friendly atmosphere for our guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions or complete an important work project while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe.
– Invest in and develop our cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum one year as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume, fast-casual, or casual dining
– Skills: Proven management abilities in food service, with knowledge of kitchen operations, team leadership, and customer service.
– License: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
– Availability: Open to working 50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location
– Authorization: Proof of U.S. work eligibility.
