Position: Palma Part-Time Bartender
About: Santa Monica Proper Hotel, a luxurious boutique hotel in Santa Monica featuring stunning interior design by Kelly Wearstler, tantalizing dining options, and a show-stopping rooftop lounge and swimming pool, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join Palma, an elevated dining experience within the hotel.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment; minimum 3 years of craft cocktail experience in an upscale setting; extensive knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a variety of drinks; wine knowledge preferred; luxury hotel experience a plus; positive attitude with excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; proactive and adaptable with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Current California Food Handler’s Card (Required); Valid alcohol service certification (RBS/ABC) (Required)
