About: Temple University’s Education Abroad Department is hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant position. The department promotes and facilitates education abroad at Temple University, administering study abroad programs in Rome, Italy, and Tokyo, Japan, and through various global partners. The team aims to provide transformative global learning experiences for students from diverse backgrounds to become engaged global citizens and leaders in their field.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in higher education; experience in higher education and/or international education preferred; familiarity with content and contact management systems; demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with diverse groups and manage interruptions effectively
