Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 21 years of age or older; minimum three years of front-of-the-house operations or assistant management experience; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in basic math and cash register/POS system operation; ability to work in a standing position for long periods, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds; stamina to work 50-60 hours per week in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
