About: At Towne Park, a hospitality services company committed to creating exceptional experiences for patients, visitors, and guests, is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join their team. This role involves providing attentive and friendly hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage handling.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to effectively present information, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s, ability to understand time systems and rates, ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable, perform parallel parking
