About: Towne Park is looking to hire a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language, comprehend instructions, and present information effectively; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with standard American money units; Ability to operate a manual transmission; Perform parallel parking
