Position: Overnight Valet – Austin District
About: Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to providing exceptional parking and valet services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering exceptional hospitality to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence
