About: Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for an Overnight Cook I to join the Culinary Team at Oscar’s Brasserie. Situated amidst the Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property boasts 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining facilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role preferred; ability to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts; proficiency in following recipes and food preparation standards; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
