Position: Overnight Baker (Harbor East)

Requirements: Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment; ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts; understanding of industrial baking processes, equipment, and techniques; strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues; excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; ability to lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients (up to 50 lbs); knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and manufacturing safety standards; flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
