Position: Overnight Baker
About: Mercurys is hiring an Overnight Baker to join their team. The role involves following recipes, assisting with production, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Mercurys’ café menu and willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the manager. They should be a team player with attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude even under pressure.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or food production preferred; familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety standards; ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace; strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately; self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
