Requirements: A passion for pastry with 3-5 years of pastry/baking experience; able to work extensive hours and overtime during high occupancy periods; thrive in a fast-paced environment; sincere willingness to provide excellent service; good organizational skills; ability to work independently; function well under pressure; high work ethic and sense of responsibility
