Position: Overnight Baker
About: Mercury’s cafe is seeking an Overnight Baker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following recipes and presentation standards, assisting with recipe production and baking, operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and restocking inventory. Additionally, they must be knowledgeable about Mercury’s cafe menu and willing to perform various assigned tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or production kitchen preferred; ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; strong attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
