Position: Outside Sales Representative (W2 Position – Paid Training!)
About: MNRC is the launch pad for your sales career, where outgoing, ambitious sales professionals grow and succeed. Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives include prospecting, qualifying, identifying, and closing new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, networking, and social media. They also conduct exterior property inspections, convert inspections to claim filed and contracts signed, meet with insurance adjusters on the property, educate customers on the industry and products, manage sales pipelines via CRM, and adhere to MNRC’s sales system, policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities; self-motivated and goal-oriented
Benefits: paid training, earn $75,000 – $120,000 in your first year
