Position: Outside Sales Representative
About: A Sales Representative position at BradyPLUS focuses on developing the company’s growing Jan/San, foodservice, and packaging segments. Sales representatives collaborate with the local CRM, follow up on leads, identify key markets, and utilize the BradyPLUS sales process to drive divisional growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, building key relationships, and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma required; college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred; 2-5 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; licensed to operate a vehicle; must maintain a ‘satisfactory’ driving record; ability to embody BradyPLUS Core Values; goal-oriented and proactive; CRM experience preferred, Salesforce knowledge a plus; strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills; self-motivated with a proven ability to challenge customers; adept at developing marketing and sales strategies; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service orientation and detail-oriented; intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency; self-starter with excellent time-management and work ethic; strong sense of accomplishment, initiative, and tenacity
