Position: Outside Sales Representative
About: Bliss Products & Services is a leading provider of playground and recreation equipment, serving the South and Southeast U.S. Our team works closely with schools, municipalities, parks and recreation departments, and general contractors to design and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. We are committed to providing top-tier products and outstanding customer service while continuously improving our sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, playground equipment, outdoor furnishings, or related industries; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships; experience working with GC bids, RFQs, and contract sales is a plus; excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with a remote team; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; CRM proficiency (experience with HubSpot/Quickbase or similar); willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows
