Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field desirable; ability to work flexible and extended hours, with physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; must stand for entire shift and carry full trays; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving and guest service orientation; adherence to company standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations; proactive in addressing and resolving issues; high standards of personal grooming and appearance; willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
