Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible with long hours at times; capable of physically demanding work, including standing throughout shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and effectively communicating with guests and colleagues; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
