Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with ability to work long hours occasionally; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly; capable of standing throughout entire shift; effective verbal and written communication skills; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach with guests and colleagues; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and address issues proactively; must maintain high productivity levels and contribute to efficient hotel operations; warm and friendly demeanor at all times
