Position: Outlet Restaurant Manager @ Waterstone Resort
About: Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee the popular outdoor, waterfront restaurant, SeaSpray, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Schulte Hospitality Group is a division of Schulte Companies, a leading third-party management company with significant experience in the hospitality industry, operating in over 200 locations across 38 states and 3 countries, managing diverse brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt along with unique, independent, boutique, and lifestyle properties and restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED, post-high school education and degree preferred; minimum of two years of food and beverage supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel and/or all-day dining restaurant; Food Handler/Manager & Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred, or able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Ability to communicate effectively verbally; knowledge of Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems; team player; strong leadership skills; ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members; excellent time management skills; hotel and/or three-meal restaurant experience preferred; strong knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations, front of house, back of house, and room service preferred; comfortable working with budgets, payroll, and event planning; must be able to work a flexible schedule including PMs, weekends, and holidays
