Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; hotel experience preferred; considerable skill in mathematical calculations; ability to effectively deal with customers; ability to stand and move throughout front office; ability to input information using a computer system; observant to signs of emergency situations; effective verbal and written communication skills
