About: The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, a historic luxury hotel located in Downtown Denver featuring 243 guestrooms, six restaurants and bars, a boutique spa, and extensive meeting space, is seeking a Host/Hostess to create memorable guest experiences and uphold exceptional service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred; hotel experience preferred; proficiency in mathematical calculations; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle complex situations with patience and diplomacy; adept at using computer systems and adapting communication styles; observant and able to respond to emergency situations; effective at establishing and maintaining professional relationships
