Position: OSCAR’S ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
About: The Plaza Gourmet Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. The manager will be responsible for managing employees, optimizing profits, and maintaining high standards of service in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements: At least 3 years of previous hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant or Gourmet Steakhouse with scheduling experience; At least 2 years of previous management experience in a high-volume Gourmet Steakhouse, preferably within a major hotel/casino or fine dining gourmet steakhouse environment; Excellent customer service skills; Able to lead and mentor a team; Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; Professional appearance and demeanor; Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent; Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
