Position: Orthopedic Sales Representative, Sports Medicine
About: MedInc. of Texas is looking for a Sports Sales Representative to achieve predetermined sales goals and quotas within the orthopedic and sports medicine market. The Sales Representative will work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, representing Arthrex, a global medical device company known for its market-leading product portfolio and innovation in orthopedics.
Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic experience; sports experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree; ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market; comfortable in open operating room environments; knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and Arthrex products; familiarity with operating room protocols; strong sales skills and prior sales experience; proficiency in MS Office; ability to create effective business plans; commission-driven individual; strong public speaking and communication skills; sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure; self-assurance, competitive drive, and ability to work independently; compliance with all policies and codes of conduct; possession of a current driver’s license and access to personal transportation
