Position: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
About: Sunnybrook Dental and Braces is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team. With a large team across the country, they work together to ensure a positive patient experience and deliver excellent dental care.
Requirements: High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required; Minimum of 1+ years working experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in another practice is required; Minimum of 3+ years of customer experience preferred; X-ray certification preferred according to State and individual practices; Strong knowledge of Orthodontics and associated treatment planning preferred; Strong written and oral communication skills required; Ability to articulate techniques utilized in the Orthodontic field, treatment plan presentations and CDT codes highly preferred; Knowledge of dental insurances, service limits, PPO, Self Pay collections, and financing options preferred; Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) strongly preferred; Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus; Additional certification may be required dependent on location
