About: LA Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) is seeking a FUSE Executive Fellow to help further develop plans, tools, and insights to measure and advance its employee engagement levels. LASAN mobilizes a workforce of 3,200 staff to serve 4 million Angelenos with waste management, including trash collection, wastewater management, and watershed protection. The organization includes various service-delivery groups and internal support groups aiming to create a cleaner, more sustainable environment for Los Angeles residents.
