Position: Order Fulfillment Supervisor
About: The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Division of Public Health’s Vital Records department, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the processing of vital event certificates and provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers. The department is responsible for recording and managing vital events in North Carolina.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two (2) years of related experience; Experienced in accuracy and attention to detail in processing customer requests and documents; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in team management and coaching; Proficient in organizational skills for record and inventory management; Ability to deliver a positive customer experience
