Position: Orange – General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience; Point of Sale experience with NCR knowledge being a plus; Profit and Loss statement review and presentation skills; Food cost management skills; Labor cost management skills; Food preparation skills; Cash handling skills; Working knowledge of California labor laws; Passion for healthy food and healthy living; Flexible schedule based on business needs; Multilingual ability is a plus
