Position: Optum Oregon (Portland) Senior Community Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate – Per Diem

Requirements: Certified Nurse Practitioner through a national board; Graduate of an accredited master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) program; Active and unrestricted state license; Current active DEA licensure; Access to reliable transportation; Ability to lift 30-pound bags; Availability to work 24 hours per month; Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement if applicable
