Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; six months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required; receptionist/operator experience with multi-line phone systems required; familiarity with electronic database management preferred; ability to communicate clearly in English; exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure; typing speed of 40 wpm and PC skills required; familiarity with healthcare environment preferred
