Position: Operations VP (Colossal,Jumbo)
About: This is a senior leadership position responsible for Inbound and Outbound Warehouse, Fleet Services, Facilities Management, and Transportation. The role involves achieving key performance metrics, managing expenses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of care and collaboration. The position reports to the Region President and is part of the site leadership team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management; 10 years of professional experience in warehouse and transportation with at least 5-7 years in operational management; Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software; Knowledge of Safety Regulations and environmental legislation; Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
