Requirements: 3+ years of operations experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities; 5+ years operational knowledge and experience; 2+ years experience managing, leading, and developing staff with a hands-on managerial approach; 1+ years computer proficiency with MS Office; 2+ years experience collaborating and communicating with teams across various functions in a matrixed environment; 2+ years experience proficiently multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
