Position: Operations Supervisor | Cross Insurance Arena

The Operations Supervisor position is based at Cross Insurance Arena, a multi-purpose arena located in Portland, Maine, known for hosting various events and being the home arena for the Maine Mariners of the ECHL.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) or more years of experience in an operations position in an arena, convention center, public assembly facility, or similar location; knowledge of set up, housekeeping, and event coordination; basic computer skills; ability to effectively operate a company-provided cell phone; forklift certification or ability to acquire within 90 days of employment; knowledge of OSHA standards/requirements; superior interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; possession of a valid Driver’s License preferred; ability to work long hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
