Position: Operations Supervisor

Requirements: Three to five years working experience in the motor carrier industry preferred; basic understanding of customer service and desire to prioritize customer satisfaction; proven track record of effective supervision performance; knowledge of local geographical areas covered by the service center; ability to physically handle dock and freight tasks; previous management experience and strong communication skills; organizational skills and PC proficiency; flexibility in working hours and travel; readiness to assume shift operations with short notice; competence in supervisor duties including AS400 functions and interaction with General Office departments.
