Position: Operations Supervisor
About: The Operations Supervisor position is based in Brooklyn, New York on 16th Ave. The role involves leading the day-to-day activities of the branch Teller-Unit at Apple Bank, focusing on providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and resolving client issues. The Supervisor delegates work assignments, provides coaching and instruction to staff, and ensures efficient completion of client transactions in accordance with company policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 4+ years of customer service or bank operations experience. Prior bank supervisory experience required. Ability to motivate, train, develop, and evaluate staff. Strong analytical, organizational, and accuracy skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills and detailed knowledge of internal policies and procedures. Weekend work and extended hours required; must be a team player.
