Position: Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Requirements: 3+ years of operations experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities; 5+ years operational knowledge and experience; 2+ years managing, leading, and developing staff; 1+ years computer proficiency with MS Office; 2+ years collaborating and communicating with teams in a matrixed environment; 2+ years multitasking in a fast-paced setting with strong decision-making abilities; 1+ years industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred; Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, discipline, and record-keeping; Experience with DEA regulations a plus; 1+ year WMS experience preferred; MS Access proficiency and ability to interpret and analyze data; 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
