Position: Operations Supervisor

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance; Minimum of 2 years leadership/supervisory/lead experience preferably within aircraft maintenance; Possess an A&P license or otherwise appropriately certificated under FAR part 65; Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, for example: part 91, 121, 135, and 145; Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for jet aircraft; Working knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations as they apply to workplace, safety and environmental aspects of aircraft maintenance operations; Customer service mindset and approach with communications (verbal & written) and when needing to defuse situations with internal and external customers; Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills; able to develop people/team; Planning and organization skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload of assigned employees within a multiple project setting; Intermediate PC computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications used to manage the maintenance work; Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred; Experience in project management is preferred; Working knowledge of ISO/OHSAS management system and resources is preferred; Enjoy working on commercial aircraft, growing professionally, and being part of a team passionate about CRJs
